The greatest obstacle to women empowerment is not men .It is our own counterparts who drag us down . What is really the problem? Is it jealous or fear of competition .More often than not , female bosses are difficult to deal with .Women in high places are the ones that hinder others to make it to the top , even those at the last stop of the ladder , they do not want to push others to the top. How can we stand up against that syndrome and applaud our fellow women who have made it to the top?
