I am currently consulting for Charity Science, an organization that aims to increase vaccination rates in India using phone-based reminders. We are currently investigating whether it would be beneficial to add to our text message reminders, information on the name and address of the clinic. I would be incredibly grateful for any information you may have on the benefits or disadvantages of the inclusion of such information.
