The Ten4Twelve Scholarship is an initiative by her Excellency Dr Ameena Ali in collaboration with award-winning Women's leader Henrietta Nonye Odey.

It seeks to train ten remarkable female Changemakers for 12 weeks, after completion they become Diplomatic Fellows of the Federation of International Gender and Human Rights (FIGHR).
