hi, I have a question regarding the fellowship. I didn't really understand - do participants receive the $4,000 so that they can use this money to buy their air-tickets, or is this amount going towards the tuition, housing and covering costs while there? because it says that participants are responsible for their own air-fair, and I'd like this clarification, as i cannot afford the plane-ticket. thanks, khulud
