This thematic focus area focuses on areas related to reproductive health and access to re-usable pads for women and young ladies, promoting women savings groups, and support o girls’ access to schooling. On Gender Equality ADJC works with youth to redefine gender norms, end gender-based violence, promote sexual health and rights. Our approach engages men in addressing gender issues and make them active agents and stakeholders to transform social norms, behaviors, and gender stereotypes
