Low self-esteem. #EmpowerHer

Back when I was in school the only thing I knew I could do with no Fear was singing. I was scared sharing my ideas on what I was passionate about because I knew all will ridicule and laugh at me. When I got to college, I had the pushful spirit but will drop low when I was criticized. Whenever I was condemned, I will never attempt again because I knew I was a failure. That made me do so many things and at same time did nothing. When I left college with my degree I was scared of looking for a job because I was scared of rejection but I got into a Non-Governmental Organization called FORUDEF. There it was still not easy for me to work and saw my friends excelling and traveling and I was OMG when will this come my way.

I tried so many times to travel then for fame to no avail just because u wanted to prove a point. Until I found myself with the help of so many mentors like Emilia Miki, Miss P, Patou and others who were women of confidence. When they spoke to me I knew what my problem was.

2019 has been a year for me to actually discover myself and also made identify and know that I am not the only woman who suffered and still suffer from LOW SELF-ESTEEM and the lack of SELF-CONFIDENCE. It is a good thing to admire others but use them to better yourself and as role models.

So for that reason I came up with the Women Empowerment and Sustainability Foundation(WESF) which is out to Identify, and help boost those and girls suffering for low self-esteem and lack of condense . To help them be good leaders by educating them in all spheres directly or indirectly through mentorship so that they could be better women and will help build our nation Cameroon.

Join WESF with my mentors Emily Miki start up the train of making our women better leaders of our country Cameroon. Let’s make 2020 a year of women and girls taking the lead and making the Change. #NoOneLeftBehind

#EmpowerHer. This is a new harsh tag I will love us all in World Pulse to carry out a campaign in our various regions.#EmpowerHer

Thanks
