Men and Women, Girls and Boys, we are all advised to do regular checks on our breasts to see if we have any lump suspicious to be anything related to breast cancer. We are advised to normalise touching our breasts from side to side, around, on the top, on the tips regularly. I repeat, everyone is at high risk of having breast cancer.
