The following are the next action steps,gotten from "Engaging and Working with Partners"
Finding people that will help reach the goal, and identifying the partner to work with, partnering to scale and deliver on my initiatives.
Unlocking the potential in different partners by engaging partnership is very expedient because each partner has distinctive features and area of strong expertise.
Partnership outreach strategy ; To identify partners on a project/initiative there must be alignment in goals, then mutual feeling of trust and objectives.
Partnership engagement; Intentional and meaningful communication with the partners or future partners thereby building a good relationship before the execution of the initiative whereby projecting absolute readiness.
Designing a partnership plan together;seeking for your partners contributions and establishment of accountabilities and expectations or end result.
