Beauty In Nature ~catch your breath

Nature

One thing about being Indigenous is our natural bond with Nature that is hard to explain if your culture does not also have it. I was working on my writing, and was reading over old stories and such and it made me realize a lot of things.

The first is I like my old work and can remember what I intended. I remember I wanted to create a creative writing course at one point. It never happened but I began working on my Bride of Sorrows (BOS) series and that has been over a decade now I believe on creating that whole universe.

The second thing I realized looking over my old work is I used to try to sound "translated" at times, but that was too hard as my natural writing style is much more chatty. I think I naturally want to bring you in close, enjoy the true Art of story telling. Nature was always a living part of it, like the moon is featured in some. I had decided to write a low budget werewolf movie because I love werewolf movies and thought it would be a fun challenge. The Moon and werewolves go together naturally.

The last thing I realized about Nature is the sheer beauty of it. How I can just look outside and be content. I think it is something even the best people lose in this modern lifestyle so I just wanted to quickly remind everyone take a look outside or go outside if you can and feel Nature comforting your soul.
