Another milestone as we wrap up 2024!

I'm still fizzing like a ball of energy after yesterday's amazing Training Tuesday! We reflected on the idea of Power and the many ways in which it manifests, is practiced, and produces impact. We talked about how we can see the impacts of power on our lives, while also navigating lives without necessarily having a full picture of how deeply embedded power dynamics are. Then we switched over to our community cafe, where we go to hear from Chinyere Kalu, EJ Alawode, and Tamarack Verrall - three very loved and appreciated community members, who talked about their work with the Research and Ethics Guidelines group, also called REG, specifically focusing on shifting power. Their powerful allegories and simple explanations put things in perspective so smoothly! Take a look at the recording if you missed the session :-)

With this, we had our last Training Tuesday for 2024! As you can see, my initiative is slowly growing with its impact: Will you help me make it in 2025?
